Still very cold and the snow has a hard crust making it difficult for walking but good for pictures...my little tree outdoors was half buried in snow....Its getting late and I still am putting off some last minute chores...I'm very good at that...Did get the Almond Tart in the oven..

I recently found you on Leslie's site. Love the idea of the photo of the glass ornaments from your earlier post.
GREAT composition. Just a thought, have you tried lighting them from behind... like with christmas lights or on a tree? Perhaps focus on the ornament most in the foreground and let the others stay unfocused in the background but with the same or similar composition - could be magic!!!
Me too; with the procrastination, which would be why I am looking at your lovely blog and photos! I have the gifts gathered to wrap, stocking stuffers in one place now too. Sometimes I hide things so well; I can't find them at all for Christmas! Enjoy your tart. It sounds lovely.

Leslie - everyone was so full that very little of the tart was eaten! We'll have it for tomorrow. I plan to share the recipe for it in the future..
