Not long ago Mr O and I and my iphone spent a lovely spring evening in Providence. I might feel intimidated walking around with my big camera but not so with the little iphone…and I am still addicted to Instagram.
We saw bunny clouds…
pencils…
and stencils.
There were moules frites for dinner…
and there was plenty of time for a walk around town before the show started…
and then on to laugh at the stories of David Sedaris.
What a treat to see these wonderful images of my old stomping grounds! I love Providence, especially in the spring. Thanks for the tour, my friend. I bet the Sedaris show was fantastic!! xoxo Gigi
So so fun and beautiful. Gorgeous lamppost! I wanted to go hear David Sedaris, and my friend said, ewwww, I don't like him. :)
I finally got an iPhone, and I have taken a couple of instragrams. I have to figure this thing out. My son has encouraged me too, along with you. (I just replaced one of yours that is my bookmark in my America's Test Kitchen cookbook for a new recipe for supper tonight.)
These are quite nice. Totally enjoyed your view of Providence. You know, driving to Maine on 95 is rather boring. But when I get to Providence, it's just so darn interesting. Some day I'm going to pull over and take a walk around.

Ohh ..David Sedaris...lucky you, Gail! Providence looks pretty!
I love Instagram as so many of their filters make the photo look like vintage film photos from the 60's.
