Usually I manage to go out with Mr O for my first sail on our sailboat sometime in early June…Not this year though…This year it was too cold and rainy to go out until July…
A few days earlier we had some help getting the boat ready….
…And after a sail? or even a non-sail?…naps, lobster rolls, and ice cream…

Beautiful pictures. I've never been sailing. It sounds like fun.
ATC stands for Artist Trading Cards. The are 2.5 in. by 3.5 in. pieces of art that are meant to be traded with other artists. I've been drawing and painting faces. I'm going to offer them for trade for faces in return...since not everyone that reads my blog draws, I thought I would offer them for photos, postcards or other trading cards...animal or human faces. Once I get them all scanned I'll post the pictures and my proposition. Maybe you would want to trade?????
oh, I miss having a sailboat - beautiful shots - looks like a wonderful time
I've always wanted to go sailing, even though I'm scared of open water. It just looks so....me! Nice helpers you have there, especially the little ones! Ice cream looks yummy, too, and in my favorite kind of cone. I'm jealous.
oh this is a wonderful window into your life today ...the weather , the family, ice cream, what could possibly top it...happy sails
Perfect summer memories. Love your watermelon header!

Sailing i New England. Sublime.
(espcially the part that includes lobsters and ice cream!)
This looks like the perfect day. Living in Iowa, I've never been on a sailboat. But soon. Very soon. Very lovely shot of the sails in the sunlight. & thanks so much for stopping by my little blog.
I love to go sailing! Such a feeling of freedom.
Lobster rolls ...yum!
Gorgeous pics. I love sailing as long as there's no tipping or trapeze involved! I like the idea of Lobster Rolls and ice cream!
What a great capture a beautiful summer day! Sailing and Lobster Rolls how N.E. :-D
(Went sailing once about 40 years ago, can't say I'd do it again)
