Returning from vacation, I picked up a box of mail being held at the post office…On top was the September/October issue of AARP magazine…What? When did this happen? The Boss is 60? The cover boy for AARP?
He still looks fine though…and he will remain my favorite singer/songwriter/rocker…
and I really want to win those tickets!

It was rumored that he almost bought the house next door. I guess Patty has family ties to our town. Wouldn't that have been crazy? "Oh, hi, Bruce, what's up?"
Wow. I can't believe it. I adore him and always will. Plus, I want to be that youthful and creative and cool at 60.

LOL! I had the same magazinew in my big pile of mail I picked up at the PO after my vacation!
Not only is he gorgeous to look at and a wonderful crafter of music, but he is a principled man as well. Bruce is my oldest son's hero and he has been to see him at least 6 times.

I have seen him in concert so many times...twice from the second row...and his shows are always just the most fun an adult can have. He's a national treasure, no matter his age. And I rather like it that such people are forging the way ahead!!
WOW...that is fun! I just LOVE The Boss...and he's aging pretty darn fine...mmm... But he's an outstanding artist, a true poet with a guitar. Oh, and just loved more of your photos from Maine...Felt like I was on vacation and didn't leave the pc! Happy Days :o)
Nine Acres - I think that is what surprised me so much when I saw that magazine cover...how did those years go by so quickly?
