Just some random shots from the kitchen one morning...looking for inspiration...thinking about how October is already nearly gone. I love this month for its colors of orange and yellow and russet and red. I love it for its apples and pears, and pumpkins and candy. I love it for its sunny, crisp days that insist you have to stay outside and for its rainy, raw days that bring you indoors...

An amazing gerbra, my favourite pears, gorgeous pumpkin and is that really corn or is it candy, we don't have that here. These are just gorgeous shots
What a lovely way to picture October. I really enjoy this month as much as possible - November is the pits.
All alluring. That pumpkin is really quite something!

Gorgeous! Pumpkin/gourd is most unusual... you are so right about these days.
The white pumpkin on the brown and cream plate is fantastic. All of your pictures are wonderful, but that one is my fave. I think it is frame worthy.

that candy corn photo is AMAZING !!!
Ah...candy corn! I was a very good girl this year and did not buy one bag...neither my waistline nor my teeth needed to indulge in this favorite sugary treat. Not sure if I'll be able to do the same with jelly beans in spring, but I'm going to try!
