Everything’s been different

   All the day long,

Lovely things have happened,

   Nothing has gone wrong.

Nobody has scolded me,

   Everyone has smiled.

Isn’t  it delicious

   To be a birthday child?

elk - Happy Birthday! Many of my favorite people are born in this month!

Gigi - I loved the chalk feet too altho her mother was trying to discourage her from continuing:)

Nine Acres - These really are two great ages to appreciate...and I seem more able to appreciate them as a grandmother...

ds - ...a glass of wine for grandmother was good too!

Char - And it all goes by so quickly...that's why I feel I must enjoy every moment...

VioletSky - It was rather pretty...and the colors matched her dress:)

Susan - Summertime IS the best for birthdays...both of my girls were summer babies...like Christmas in July...

Alicia - It was fun trying to take photos of all the children at the party...my pics weren't great but it was good fun...
