Photography class was not held this week due to school vacation so I have had quite a bit of time to take pictures for next week's assignment: texture... I'm still working on it but here are a few of the pics I've taken with the theme in mind...

That last one of the succulents is perfect. The lighting is just right. Love the cat, too. That's what I like to do, curl up in the sun for a nap, but usually not on a rug!:)

ELK - I'm trying to think of different ways to portray texture for class as I don't know exactly what the instructor is looking for...
VioletSky - Hmmm...they don't feel as nice as they look LOL!
thats a great pic of fat sal, i think it really sums her up nicely! plus i like the difference in textures, her soft fur and then the nubby rug.
